Special Arrangements for Young People

If you are under 16 years old, I will need written consent from your parent or guardian before we begin. I’ll also keep their contact details for consent purposes and emergencies.

How I Use Your Information

Your information helps me:

  • Provide you with safe, effective Reiki treatments
  • Reflect on our sessions to offer you the best possible care
  • Meet my professional obligations as a registered practitioner

I will never use your personal details for marketing, sharing with third parties, or any purpose other than your Reiki care without your explicit consent.

You have the right to see any information I hold about you. If you’d like a copy of your records, please make your request in writing, and I’ll respond within one month.

Keeping Your Information Safe

Following professional guidelines, I keep your records for seven years after our last session. All digital records are password-protected and stored securely on devices that only I can access. Any email correspondence is handled through password-protected systems.
